Our comprehensive process for IHUTs comprises of recruiting target consumers for product testing and closely monitoring the levels of their engagement.
The approach for both quantitative and qualitative testing vary; the former approach involves deploying online technology viz. online surveys, mobile, bulletin boards, etc. and the latter involves inviting moderators to the homes of the users and conducting an in-person interview on the use of product. We also use an alternate approach for the latter, i.e., video diaries and webcam interviews, etc.
